  2. Cacao Powder: The chocolate for our cottage cheese chocolate mousse. Be sure to choose the unsweetened powder!

  3. Milk: This is optional and you’ll need just 1 tbsp to help your cottage cheese blend.

  4. Powdered sugar: For a touch of sweetness and to enhance the light and fluffy texture of our cottage cheese mousse.

  5. Peppermint extract: The star of this holiday dessert show! Peppermint extract adds tons of flavor in just a small amount so be sure to add it slowly.

  6. Vanilla extract: For flavor depth.
