Recipe FAQ:
How long can I store these energy balls for?
You can store these energy bites in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for 6 months!
Can I use minute oats?
I prefer to make oatmeal balls with old fashioned oats but they can definitely be made with minute oats (or quick cook oats) as well! One minute oats are a chopped version of the old fashioned oats, hence the shorter cooking time, and will give these oatmeal balls a slightly softer texture!
